Operating as a tannery-based vertical manufacturer gives us full quality control from the raw hides to the final stitched goods. Our socially and ethically compliant facility adheres to international labor and safety standards, optimizing assembly lines and production flows to guarantee consistent craftsmanship and on-time delivery.

Modern Machinery
We equip our facility with modern, highly efficient German-engineered Durkopp Adler stitching machines for heavy-duty, consistent performance. All seams are stitched with ASTM-compliant nylon-blended thread to prevent slippage, supported by advanced automated pattern cutters, CAD systems, reverse clickers, and large plate embossing tools.
